What Customers Say About UltraLast "AAA" 1.5 Volt Alkaline Batteries, Bulk 100 Pack:

These leaked in two remotes and over half the remaining unopened ones leaked in the shrink-wrap. If you're going to use all 100 of these in short order, maybe they're OK. If they're going to set around for several months or more, forget about it. They were stored at normal room temperatures (as suggest for alkaline batteries).Amazon, you need to get reimbursed from your supplier and issue refunds to those of us with leaky ones.

As was the case for many reviewers of these batteries, they do not last very long and some seem to be near "death" as soon as installed. Guess what. Santa's, along with - oh - dozens of other little cheap Christmas window decorations.

I needed a whole lot of AA and AAA batteries fast and Amazon's pricing for the decent batteries is unbelievably high - really high. And these items go through the batteries at a phenomenal rate regardless of the battery quality. But.

All of which need anywhere from two to six AA or AAA batteries in order to light up. It is a much better deal to wait for a sale at your local Target/Wal-Mart/Lowes or even corner drug store for the name brands. But as I said I needed a bunch of these fast - my wife had unearthed her massive reserve of Christmas candles, angels, elves, Mr. & Mrs.

So I was not about to order the better brands at exorbitant prices, and my dear wife was not going to allow me to put off lighting up this army of window blinkers until a local battery sale took place. So I ordered a LOT of these half-dead cheapies. They are pretty bad, but they don't seem to get eaten any faster than the good stuff by the blinking masses, so IMO that makes them perfect for this specific kind of usage.Jim

These batteries ruined one of my good expensive LED flashlights. I don't see an expiration date. The flashlight was stored at room temperature and batteries were inserted less than a year ago. To my horror the unused batteries were also leaking inside the shrinkwrap in the box of "new" batteries. They are made in China. They seem like a good deal at first, but I won't be buying these again.

I bought a pack of these for use in my Bose noise canceling headphones. These normally trouble free headphones were barely able to function on this particular brand. I consider these not worth the money.

I bought these batteries in bulk because there is always a gadget around the house I need to power and they last and last.
